Thank you for your application/registration. Agensi Pekerjaan Cenza Sdn Bhd would like to introduce our service and terms.

Registration
Agensi Pekerjaan Cenza Sdn Bhd will not charge jobseekers for any application/registration and consultation fees, and will do our best to introduce job vacancies based on applicants’ expectation. It is the obligation of applicants to complete the application form, or provide the information needed without making any false statements.

Interview arrangement & Follow-up
Agensi Pekerjaan Cenza Sdn Bhd will arrange interview for applicants based on their available date and time, and provide interview details once the interview has been confirmed with hiring companies. Applicants should attend the interview on time, and should inform Agensi Pekerjaan Cenza Sdn Bhd in advance if the candidate is unable to attend due to any emergencies.
Agensi Pekerjaan Cenza Sdn Bhd would provide feedback to applicants after the interview. It is the applicant’s responsibility to inform Agensi Pekerjaan Cenza Sdn Bhd if hiring companies contact them directly.

Hiring offer
Agensi Pekerjaan Cenza Sdn Bhd will do our best to negotiate any terms and remuneration package with hiring companies based on applicants’ expectation. Applicants must inform Agensi Pekerjaan Cenza Sdn Bhd on their acceptance/rejection of hiring offer as soon as possible and should not make any false statements regarding the remuneration package.
Once applicants have agreed and accepted the hiring offers, the applicants should not attend any further interviews at other companies. If the applicants have decided to reject the offer, they must inform Agensi Pekerjaan Cenza Sdn Bhd in case they received direct contact from hiring companies after the rejection or when the applicants have changed their mind to accept the offers.

Joining
Hired applicants must report to duty on the prior agreed date, and should inform Agensi Pekerjaan Cenza Sdn Bhdat least 3 days in advance if they are unable to report to duty on that date, and should provide reasonable grounds for the postpone of commencement date.
Hired applicants will not be penalized by Agensi Pekerjaan Cenza Sdn Bhd if they resign from hiring companies after joining. However, if the hired applicants decide to resign within 3 months of joining, they should inform Agensi Pekerjaan Cenza Sdn Bhd on their reasons of resignation in advance before tendering their resignation letters.
Disclosure
Agensi Pekerjaan Cenza Sdn Bhd will not disclose any personal information of the applicants to any other party unless it is permitted by applicants. On the other hand, applicants are not allowed to disclose any information of hiring companies to any third party without Agensi Pekerjaan Cenza Sdn Bhd’s permission.

Background check
Agensi Pekerjaan Cenza Sdn Bhd will outsource to another company to conduct background check on the applicants. If we find any issue on the applicants, the hiring companies may cancel their offers.

Please kindly be informed that Pasona HR will not introduce applicants to other companies if they:
a) Limit the use of their Personal Data and affect the provision of our services herein, OR
b) Resign with unreasonable grounds.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION NOTICE

In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”), Agensi Pekerjaan Cenza Sdn Bhd hereby issues a Personal Data Protection Notice (“Notice”). This Notice is intended to explain how we collect, use and protect your Personal Data (as defined hereinbelow).

Please take note that when you engage Agensi Pekerjaan Cenza Sdn Bhd to provide our services, you hereby consent to the processing of your Personal Data by Agensi Pekerjaan Cenza Sdn Bhd.

1.3 In addition we may also obtain your Personal Data from other sources including but not limited to bureaus, agencies or regulatory bodies, government departments, or any other party/person indirectly or directly connected to you and from other sources to whom you have given your consent for the disclosure of your Personal Data and any other relevant authorities, or at any events, programmes, seminars and surveys organised or participated by Agensi Pekerjaan Cenza Sdn Bhd.

2. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

2.1 When you engage Agensi Pekerjaan Cenza Sdn Bhd you agree and consent that your Personal Data may be used by Agensi Pekerjaan Cenza Sdn Bhd for the following purposes: a. for the purposes of job placements;
b. to communicate with you;
c. to process your registration/application for the job placements;
d. to process and assess your application for job placements;
e. to respond to your enquiries;
f. to notify and keep you updated in regards to Agensi Pekerjaan Cenza Sdn Bhd’s services;
g. to exercise and enforce Agensi Pekerjaan Cenza Sdn Bhd legal rights pursuant to any contracts or arrangements; and
h. for any other purposes that is required or permitted by any laws, regulations, guidelines, other relevant regulatory bodies and/or governmental authorities .

2.2 The supply of your Personal Data to us is within your prerogative. You may, at any time, object or limit the use of your Personal Data. However if you decide to do so we may not be able to provide you our services effectively.
