Unless you indicate otherwise in your notice, Pasona shall respond to your notice using your last-used billing address or the billing and/or shipping address in your online profile.

In the event that Pasona is unable to resolve the dispute with you through the Legal Department, you and Pasona both agree the parties shall resolve their dispute utilizing binding arbitration, which shall be adjudicated by the American Arbitration Association in New York, New York.

Prohibited Uses of the Website

Termination

This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Pasona. Pasona may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly, deny you access to this Website, if in Pasona's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or Pasona, you must promptly destroy all materials, downloaded or otherwise, obtained from this Website, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
